I don't want to just print my image plain and flat on the board. Am thinking about how to create different thickness when my image is printed to the board by printing different parts of the images on top of different layers, by adding traces or vias… Made this claude prototype to help me think through how to design my layers. Thank you Ben Anderman for explaining to me how these different layers stack on top of each other.

Was talking to support during the night (coz they are in china time). And I dreamed a lot about PCB, all kinds of PCB…
You can only print CMYK on top of white soldering mask.
PCBWAY offers full CMYK UV printing in both matte and glossy finish. You can do partial white soldering mask on specific area and mix different soldering mask colors on your board.
JCLPCB also offers full CMYK printing, but they require your whole board to be in white soldering mask.
